A custom-made frame by means of a circular tube, bent and welded to form a whole.
Afterwards, the frame has been copper-plated in red in a special bath. The Royal Enfield block has a capacity of 500cc.
Most parts are made from aluminium. The exceptions are the tank, exhaust and the fork. An oil pipeline from Germany has been transformed into a tank and the exhaust is made from stainless steel and shaped to adopt the lines of the frame.
The fork is altered as well: the front part now consists of two twist drills (circular20).
